Please RSVP via our website by Sunday 13th September 2026.

You are welcome to arrive from 3:30pm. We kindly ask that you are seated by 3:45pm, ready for the ceremony to begin at 4:00pm.

Yes, you are welcome to drive to and from the venue, with parking available on-site. If you choose to leave your car overnight, the gates reopen at 8:00am and all vehicles must be collected by 10:00am the following morning.

The dress code is formal attire. We recommend suitable footwear for an outdoor ceremony on the lawn.

We love your little ones, but we have chosen to make our wedding an adult-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the opportunity to relax and enjoy a child-free evening.

To keep our celebration intimate, only guests who are specifically named on the invitation are invited to attend.

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn, followed by the reception indoors. In the event of wet weather, the ceremony will be held indoors.

Yes, please include any dietary requirements in your RSVP, and we will endeavour to accommodate them.

The reception will conclude at 11:45pm, with the bus departing shortly after.

We’ll be gathering for a relaxed post-wedding brunch at Eagle Bay Brewing Co on Saturday 7th November from 11:00am to 2:00pm, with a reserved area for our guests. Food and drinks will be available to purchase at your own cost. If you’d like to join us, please let us know via your RSVP.
Please note you will need to arrange your own transport.
